Sendoso adds Rippling integration, scheduled sends and CRM-approved Party Links
Sendoso's January 2026 updates add a Rippling integration with SSO access, scheduled sends, automatic Party Link approval based on CRM, marketing automation or HRIS lists, and maximum quantities for bundles.
In January 2026, Sendoso added an HR platform integration with Rippling, scheduled sending, integration-based approval for Party Link redemptions, and a bundle quantity control. The Rippling integration keeps existing Rippling workflows in place while handling Sendoso authorization and SSO. Scheduled sends let senders pre-schedule gifts to deploy on a future date. Sendoso links help articles for each item. Admins can authorize Sendoso through Rippling Apps and Integrations, and Sendoso says the integration maintains users' current Rippling workflows.
The details
- Rippling integration provides SSO access for all users.
- Integrations are available on all plans; account managers can expand the number of available integrations.
- Party Link approvals can use CRM, marketing automation, campaign or HRIS lists.
- Admins can set max quantities per item in bundles.
Context
These updates were followed by Clay actions in February 2026 and the launch of the Oso agent and Policy Center in March 2026. Party Links later gained names and expiration dates in April 2026 and central management in June 2026. Party Link management followed in June 2026, along with a meeting booker and Salesforce-based gift policies.
