Sendoso adds Party Link management, meeting booker and Salesforce-based gift policies

Sendoso's June 2026 release notes list several updates to its gifting platform. They include a Party Link management dashboard, an option requiring recipients to book a meeting before redeeming a Party Link, post-delivery recipient feedback, an in-app Learning Hub and new Policy Center rules. The Policy Center additions cover per-recipient gift limits and policies based on Salesforce data. The same month's notes also list a request-based beta of the Sendoso MCP server.

• The Party Link dashboard shows redemption counts, approval status, expiry dates and team visibility, and lets users change the gift, message, cap or approval setting without changing the link's URL or QR code.
• Party Link management and the Learning Hub are available on all plans.
• Recipient Limits cap how many gifts one person can receive in a rolling 30-day window, by count, dollar value or both.
• Salesforce-integrated policies use Account, Lead, Contact or Opportunity data, written in plain language and converted by AI, and are available on the Enterprise plan.
• The Sendoso MCP beta is offered on Core, Advanced and Enterprise plans, with access requested through Sendoso's MCP page.

Context

The June updates extend the Policy Center that Sendoso launched for Enterprise customers in March 2026 and the Party Link naming and expiration controls added in April. Sendoso's release notes show the MCP server moving from beta in June to general availability in August, when it also released Events Hub for event shipping. In September the MCP was listed in the Databricks Marketplace with actions in Genie, and in October Sendoso redesigned its send flow, added handwritten note campaigns and enabled MCP sends of campaigns and Party Links. Earlier 2026 entries include a Rippling integration in January and Clay actions in February.
