Seismic extends Aura Agents and names new CMO and CHRO
Seismic announced nine new and enhanced Aura Agents plus Aura Chat, and named Rob Pinkerton as CMO and Kimberly Schultz as CHRO.
Seismic announced nine new and enhanced Aura Agents and an updated Aura Chat interface as part of its spring 2026 product release. The company also named two executives: Rob Pinkerton as chief marketing officer and Kimberly Schultz as chief human resources officer, both reporting to CEO Rob Tarkoff. Seismic described the release as its final seasonal launch and said it is moving to a more continuous release cadence.
The details
- Enablement agents are Analytics, Program, Page, Lesson and Admin.
- Agents for seller preparation and engagement are Meeting, Presentation, Role-play and Search.
- Aura Chat adds full-screen mode, integrated agents, chat history, personalized prompts and follow-up suggestions.
- Seismic says 248 organizations use the Aura AI engine and agents, and one early deployment logged more than 1,000 role-play sessions across 250 or more users in its first weeks.
- Rob Pinkerton was most recently SVP of product strategy for Oracle's sales, marketing and service products and earlier spent seven years as CMO at Morningstar.
- Kimberly Schultz was most recently director and head of corporate development integration at Amazon.
Context
The release extends Aura, Seismic's AI engine, into more enablement and meeting-preparation tasks and ties the agents together through Aura Chat. The announcement does not mention Highspot, but at the time Seismic's merger with Highspot, announced in February 2026, was pending. Seismic completed that merger on August 18, 2026, two months after this release. The CMO and CHRO appointments were made during the same period. Seismic also said this would be its last seasonal launch, with future features shipped on a continuous schedule.
