Seamless announced on May 11, 2026 that its public API is included on every Seamless plan, including free accounts, and is generally available. The API gives programmatic access to the verified contact data, company intelligence, firmographics and enrichment that power the Seamless platform, for use in CRMs, data warehouses, sales tools and AI agents. Free-tier users receive an API key at signup, and other customers can generate a key from their account. Seamless says API calls draw from each plan's existing credit balance, so there is no separate charge for API access. CEO Brandon Bornancin framed the change around AI agents calling APIs rather than reading CSVs.
The details
- Supported uses include contact and company lookup, CRM and warehouse enrichment, buyer intent and list-building workflows, ABM scoring pipelines and custom prospecting agents.
- VP of Product Jake Phillips named Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Outreach and Clay as places teams can put Seamless data.
- Seamless says the API returns verified emails, phone numbers, titles and firmographics.
- A product page and developer documentation were published with the release.
Context
The API change came after Seamless.AI rebranded as Seamless with a new interface in February 2026 and launched its Connect app in January. In our later coverage, Seamless added AI Campaigns to Connect in June, became a contact data source for HubSpot's Prospecting Agent in June, released a native n8n integration in July and added buyer intent filters to search in October. The n8n and HubSpot integrations build on programmatic data access.
