Seamless, formerly Seamless.AI, added AI Campaigns to its Connect engagement product on June 16, 2026 and says the feature is available to all users. Users write reusable prompts that set message type, tone, goal, talking points and length, then attach them to campaign steps or individual emails. Seamless generates a message for each contact as the contact reaches an AI Campaigns step, and users choose whether that step sends automatically or waits for review.
The details
- Prompts can be saved and reused across campaign steps and individual email workflows.
- On automated steps the generated message can send without review, while manual steps let users edit, send or copy the message for another channel.
- Listed uses include cold email introductions, LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, value-based outreach, re-engagement and role-based outreach.
- The feature is reached through Content and Campaigns in Seamless Connect and in individual email workflows.
- CEO Brandon Bornancin and head of product Jake Phillips are quoted in the release.
Context
AI Campaigns extends Connect, the outreach layer Seamless introduced with its January 2026 relaunch, and follows its May 2026 move to offer API access on every plan. The release gives no prior version of the feature and links to an education article on prompt setup. Two weeks later, on June 30, 2026, Seamless became a contact data source for HubSpot's Prospecting Agent, placing its data inside another vendor's agent as well as its own engagement product. The company is based in Columbus, Ohio, where the release was datelined.
