RainFocus announced two Adobe integrations on July 14, 2026: the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Connector and AEM Content Advisor. The Sites Connector syncs RainFocus session, speaker and exhibitor data into AEM Content Fragments so teams can build event websites without manual data transfer. Content Advisor lets marketers browse and select approved AEM assets inside RainFocus and find media with AI-powered semantic search. Both join RainFocus's existing Adobe Workfront Fusion integration.
The details
- The Sites Connector is installed as a RainFocus package in AEM, authenticates through OAuth and maps RainFocus entities and attributes to fields.
- Mapped data can be updated manually or on a set schedule.
- Content Advisor is enabled through the RainFocus Integration Suite, and each user authenticates to reach the AEM assets approved for them.
- The Workfront Fusion integration can create events in RainFocus automatically from approved Workfront requests.
- Example uses include managing thousands of speaker profiles for large conferences and localizing event pages across regions.
Context
The Adobe connectors were announced six days after RainFocus launched MCP Profiles, which lets AI clients read and change live event data, and 16 days before its Sales Module for rep-driven event invitations. In June 2026 RainFocus upgraded Base Webinar to unify virtual and in-person attendee data. Marius Milcher, RainFocus VP of Platform Strategy and AI, is quoted in both the Adobe and MCP Profiles releases.
