Propensity appointed Kelly Greenwalt as Vice President of Market Strategy, in an announcement dated September 9, 2026 from Boston. Greenwalt has more than 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, digital strategy and marketing technology. She will work across Propensity's customers, product organization and go-to-market teams to identify what B2B marketers need and translate it into market strategy and the product roadmap. CEO and co-founder Sumner Vanderhoof announced the hire.

The details

  • Greenwalt most recently worked at Epicor, covering marketing technology, spend management, digital transformation, AI innovation and go-to-market operations.
  • Part of her role is gathering input from marketers on where processes break down and where AI can help.
  • Propensity describes its platform as covering buyer signals, audience creation, campaign execution, engagement intelligence, sales activation and measurement.
  • The company says it is moving from traditional account-based marketing toward broader AI-powered go-to-market orchestration.

Context

Propensity is a Boston-based AI go-to-market platform for B2B growth teams, and this is the first Propensity item in our coverage. The release page lists a No. 70 ranking on the 2026 Inc. 5000. Vanderhoof said Greenwalt has spent her career "building and operating those systems from the marketer's seat." The release does not say whether the role is new or who held it previously.
