Navattic takes its MCP server out of beta and adds Workspace Capture Collections

Navattic's May 2026 changelog moves its MCP server out of beta for Base, Growth and Enterprise customers and adds shared Workspace Capture Collections, Copilot brand uploads and SCIM team provisioning.

Navattic's May 2026 product updates bring its MCP server to general availability after an April beta and add several workspace features. The changelog says customers can use the MCP from Claude or ChatGPT to report on demo performance, view high-intent leads and monitor stale demos, and Launchpad users can view and build custom share links through it. Workspace Capture Collections let teams store captures in a shared library and reuse them across demos, with edits propagating to every associated demo. Copilot gained the ability to extract brand voice, product context and GTM context from uploaded files or URLs.

The details

  • The MCP is available to Base, Growth and Enterprise customers; a Claude or ChatGPT admin must set it up.
  • Workspace Capture Collections are live for Growth and Enterprise customers and support custom permissions.
  • Copilot Upload Content accepts a URL or PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD files.
  • Workspace-level voiceover defaults can be set per demo language, with bulk sync of flows to the default.
  • Directory Sync (SCIM) maps identity provider groups to Navattic teams for Growth and Enterprise customers with Directory Sync enabled.

Context

Navattic opened an MCP server beta in April 2026, a month after launching Navattic Agents. Later releases built on the MCP: a Launchpad MCP for share links in June, a library of 16 MCP skills in July, and screenshot uploads through MCP in September. Covered stories since then include CRM qualification outcomes in June, AskNavattic in July and The Brain in September.

Not disclosed

  • Whether MCP usage carries any additional cost or rate limits
  • Which MCP tools are read-only and which can change demos
  • Exact release dates within May 2026
