Navattic lets demo agents write qualification answers to CRM properties
Navattic's June 2026 changelog added qualification outcomes for Navattic Agents, avatar layout options and a Launchpad MCP.
Navattic's June 2026 changelog lists several updates to its interactive demo and agent products. Navattic Agents can now map qualification questions to any custom CRM property. After a session ends, AI extracts the visitor's answer from the conversation and writes it to that property, and the agent can change the demo call to action based on the answers, such as routing enterprise prospects to a sales rep.
The details
- Agent avatars can be fixed to the side or expand to fill the screen while the agent talks, then move into a sidebar during a product flow.
- A Launchpad MCP lets users connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to create prospect-specific Launchpad share links without opening the app.
- Voiceover updates add custom pronunciations, per-step or demo-wide speaking rates and default voices by language.
- Sandbox demos now accept photos and videos as media captures that can be linked in clickable navigation.
- The changelog is now available inside the app from the account and support menus.
Context
The June entries are the earliest Navattic Agent updates shown in the changelog we opened, which does not state when the agent line was introduced. Later releases extended the agents: in July 2026 Navattic added the AskNavattic assistant and embeddable demo agents, and in September it introduced The Brain, a knowledge layer for its demo agents. The Launchpad MCP places Navattic among GTM vendors exposing workflows to AI assistants during 2026. The changelog groups entries by month and does not give individual release dates or plan details for the June items.
