Navattic launches Navattic Agents for AI-led product demos

Navattic announced Navattic Agents on March 9, 2026 in a post by CEO and co-founder Neil Mclean. The company describes them as agentic demos, website agents and qualification agents that interact with prospects, interpret their questions and navigate through a product and its content in real time. Navattic says customers raised three recurring problems the agents address: SMB deals that reps deprioritize, international buyers who are hard to serve in their language and time zone, and the time needed to prepare new reps to run demos. Building an agent involves setting up an environment, building the agent's Brain with guardrails and objectives, then testing and publishing.

• Demo environments can use product clones, screenshots, videos or slides.
• The Brain holds files, web pages, text and flows that the agent uses.
• Simulations run a saved suite of simulated AI buyers generated from the Brain to check accuracy before publishing.

Context
