Navattic connects HubSpot deals to impact dashboards and adds Copilot workspace knowledge
A Navattic changelog section listed between April and February 2026 adds HubSpot deal data to its Sales and Pipeline Impact dashboards and lets Copilot use workspace-level brand, product and positioning knowledge.
Navattic's changelog section placed between April 2026 and February 2026 describes three updates. HubSpot customers can enable a deal mode in integration settings to feed HubSpot deals into the Sales Impact and Pipeline Impact dashboards through the attribution engine already used for Salesforce. Copilot gained Workspace Knowledge, which lets admins define brand voice, product context and go-to-market positioning that Copilot draws on for writing, CTA, flow structure and full demo reviews. Video duration, playback and post-video action settings became available in the single step view.
The details
- With both Salesforce and deal-mode HubSpot connected, a CRM source dropdown appears on both dashboards and the selection persists across sessions.
- An Auto-populate with AI button builds Workspace Knowledge from the company's domain, falling back to web search for newer products.
- Workspace Knowledge is stored at the project level so workspaces with multiple products can keep separate context.
- Video controls in the single step view apply to uploaded or embedded video steps and video captures.
Context
These updates sit alongside the March 9, 2026 launch of Navattic Agents. Workspace Knowledge was extended in May 2026, when Copilot gained the ability to read brand guidelines from uploaded files or URLs. Navattic's later covered updates include CRM qualification outcomes for agents in June and The Brain in September 2026.
