What we are seeing
Microsoft announced on October 8 a set of sales and service updates. Thirty prebuilt CRM skills for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights let sellers flag at-risk deals and propose record updates, and let marketers launch journeys with consent checks; they are generally available in Cowork. The Sales Development Agent, in public preview, researches prospects, runs outreach from its own Exchange account and hands qualified opportunities to sellers. Microsoft says it connects to leading CRM platforms and starts consuming Copilot credits on November 16. Dynamics 365 CRM in Teams and Dynamics 365 Activate, a migration tool, are in public preview. A Service Agent is in private preview.
