Lusha ships ICP Fit Score, intent topic and Recommendations APIs in October
Lusha released three API versions between October 13 and October 20 covering ICP fit scoring, company intent signals and ranked recommendations.
Lusha's API changelog lists three releases in mid-October 2026. Version 2.18.0 on October 13 added an ICP Fit Score API that scores contacts and companies against customer-defined Target Profiles. Version 2.19.0 on October 14 added four company intent signal types and a search endpoint for intent topics. Version 2.20.0 on October 20 added a Recommendations API that returns ranked contacts and companies. Each release includes billing rules for its endpoints.
The details
- The ICP Fit Score API scores 1 to 100 records per call against 1 to 3 active profiles and charges 1 credit per scored record.
- The new intent types track week-over-week changes, including new intent topics, score increases, score decreases and removed topics, on a 0 to 100 scale.
- The intent topic search endpoint covers about 18,000 topics, returns up to 50 matches and is free.
- The Recommendations API returns lead, ICP fit and signal scores between 0 and 1, and contact results omit emails and phones until enriched.
- Recommendations require a user-scoped identity, and account-wide API keys return an error.
Context
The October releases follow earlier Lusha API work in our coverage. In July 2026 Lusha added waterfall enrichment that falls back to third-party providers, and on September 4 it added Buying Group, Signal Score and Conversations APIs. The September changelog also lists a tables column catalog, company social links and company ownership fields, and notes that Data Waterfall became available on all paid plans. The October releases add scoring and ranking endpoints to an API that the changelog shows was previously centered on enrichment and search.
