What we are seeing
Google listed the features in its October Workspace Drops post on October 29. Gmail Live lets users search their inbox by voice, and Docs Live turns spoken ideas into structured documents using context from email, chat and Drive. Meet adds speech translation across 63 languages built on Gemini 3.5 Live Translate, one-page Quick notes as the default for note taking, and one-click follow-up emails and task sync through Workspace Studio. Fill with Gemini in Sheets now cites web sources and handles up to 3,000 cells per request. Vids gains longer clips. The post does not specify which Workspace editions receive each feature or give pricing.
