11x CEO Prabhav Jain published a blog post on October 14, 2026 describing the company's direction and its voice agents. In the post, 11x says it built the first voice agent optimized specifically for revenue workflows, handling inbound and consented outbound conversations. Jain writes that over the previous nine months customers began using the voice agents for entire revenue workflows. The post says the company's outbound agent, which began with cold outreach, is now also used for event follow-up, marketing lead nurture and reopening old opportunities, and combines prospecting, research and outreach across email, social and rep calls.
