Zuddl launched two AI agents: Sidekick, which applies branding and processes images from natural language, and Ask Zuddl, which answers questions about event performance and revenue.

Zuddl introduced two AI agents for event teams in a post dated January 29, 2026 in our coverage. Zuddl Sidekick applies branding across event widgets and visual elements from natural-language prompts, generating production-ready CSS and handling image tasks such as background removal, resizing and centering, with preview and undo. Ask Zuddl lets users analyze event performance, engagement and revenue through conversational prompts and returns explanations, comparisons, forecasts, risk signals and recommendations as visual insights. The company says the agents are domain-governed rather than general-purpose chatbots, with a single confirmation before execution, rejection of out-of-domain requests, no access escalation, undo by prompt and full auditability of changes.

The details

  • Sidekick example prompts include making speaker cards circular and resizing images to 400 by 400.
  • Sidekick's branding workflow is called Design Assist.
  • Ask Zuddl example questions cover session repeats by region, conversion timing and partner versus direct revenue.
  • Guardrails: confirmation before execution, out-of-domain rejection, no access escalation, undo and audit trail.
  • Target users are event marketers, event operations and marketing operations teams.

Context

This is the second Zuddl item in our coverage, after an Open API for events, sessions, speakers and attendees in November 2025. Later Zuddl items include automated on-demand webinar pages in March, automatic Salesforce campaigns and speaker clips in July, an agent for Slack and Microsoft Teams in August and BW Events as an implementation partner in September 2026.
