Zuddl adds session calendar invites, email BCC, bulk approvals and custom payments

Zuddl's blog post dated October 16, 2026, which is titled as a January Product Pulse, announces session-level calendar invites, BCC for event emails, CSV-based bulk approvals and custom payment gateways. Calendar invites can now be set per session alongside event-wide and day-wise options. BCC is configured per email. Approval requests in any status can be exported in one file. Payment gateways are connected at the organization level and work like native payment options, with Zuddl receiving real-time payment status. The post also covers Marketo, onsite badge and networking improvements.

Context

This is Zuddl's first product post since it named BW Events as an implementation partner on September 17, 2026. Earlier Product Pulse posts covered an agent for Slack and Microsoft Teams in August and automatic Salesforce campaigns, speaker clips and Avalara tax in July. Zuddl introduced its Sidekick and Ask Zuddl AI agents in January 2026 and released an Open API in November 2025.
