Zuddl released an agent for Slack and Microsoft Teams in its August 2026 Product Pulse, published August 11. Users tag @Zuddl in an event-linked channel to look up an attendee's registration status by name, email or company, and the company says replies arrive in under three seconds. Pending registrations appear with Approve and Reject buttons, and decisions post back to the thread. The agent is available to customer organizations on request through their customer success manager.
The details
- Zuddl says users will soon be able to create events and generate coupon codes from Slack or Teams.
- Badge calibration lets teams calibrate an event badge once so the lead capture app maps scanned values to enrichment fields.
- Presenter Mode lets speakers join a Studio session with camera and microphone off for rooms with their own A/V, while polls, chat and moderation still work.
- Onsite staff on iOS can print badges in bulk, with pause, resume and reprint controls.
- Email open tracking is on by default, and a new toggle removes the tracking pixel from future sends.
Context
Zuddl publishes a monthly Product Pulse summarizing releases. The July edition removed three recurring workarounds, including manual Salesforce campaign setup and speaker clip editing, and the September edition added scheduled Simulive sessions, post-event email surveys and mobile app banners for sessions and sponsors. The August update is the first in this series to move registration tasks into workplace chat tools. The agent handles lookups and approvals today, with event creation and coupon generation listed as upcoming.
