Zuddl auto-publishes on-demand webinar recordings and adds gated replay setup

Zuddl published its May Product Pulse on May 13, 2026, and its product updates page lists auto-published on-demand recordings for May 2026. The release removes the manual step of publishing recordings after a webinar and adds an on-demand setup for gated webinars. The post lists five enhancements covering email BCC, form fields, survey scales, attribution visibility and event duplication with integrations. Organizers can still review recordings before publishing by turning auto-publish off.

The details

  • Recordings from live and simulive webinars auto-publish after processing, with an option to turn this off.
  • Gated webinars can reuse the registration page or use a custom on-demand page.
  • BCC supports up to five recipients per email.
  • Survey rating scales can be set with a maximum from 3 to 10.
  • Duplicated events carry Salesforce and Marketo integrations; Salesforce needs only a new campaign ID.

Context

Zuddl automated the switch from webinar registration pages to on-demand pages in March 2026, and this release adds automatic recording publishing. It added BCC on event emails in January 2026, which this release raises to five recipients. In July 2026, Zuddl added automatic Salesforce campaigns, speaker clips and Avalara tax, and in August 2026 it released an agent for Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Not disclosed

  • How long recording processing typically takes before auto-publish.
  • Whether on-demand viewing data syncs to CRM integrations.
  • Which plans include gated on-demand pages.
