Zuddl adds automatic Salesforce campaigns, speaker clips and Avalara tax

Zuddl's July update creates a Salesforce campaign for each new event automatically, lets teams pull per-speaker recordings and calculates ticket tax through Avalara.

Zuddl published its July 2026 Product Pulse on July 8, 2026. After a one-time org-level setup, each new or duplicated event automatically gets its own named Salesforce campaign when it is created, so registration data flows to the CRM without manual linking; manual campaign IDs still work. Content teams can now pull an individual audio and video file for each speaker from the Recording Library, with screen shares captured separately, after a one-time enablement through a customer success manager. An Avalara integration calculates tax automatically at checkout. The update also lets customers configure badge-provider lead enrichment themselves and adds several smaller enhancements.

The details

  • Customers can submit API kits from badge providers such as Maritz or Cvent in the Lead Capture App settings and set which enrichment source takes priority.
  • Attendee lists can be uploaded before a show so scanned badges auto-match during lead capture.
  • Closed captions now cover on-demand recordings and auto-translate into up to six languages.
  • Attendees can connect by scanning each other's QR codes in the Zuddl Events App.
  • Reps can export badge photos from the Lead Capture app individually or in bulk.
  • Avalara tax calculation requires a one-time org-level setup.

Context

This follows Zuddl's March 2026 update automating on-demand webinar pages and adding coupon-based bundle discounts, and its January launch of Sidekick and Ask Zuddl AI agents. A month later, on August 11, Zuddl released an agent for Slack and Microsoft Teams that handles attendee lookups, and in September it named BW Events as an implementation partner.
