Storylane announced RepX in its changelog entry for February 9, 2026, calling it the company's biggest release to date and a new product line. According to the entry, RepX is an AI sales agent embedded on a customer's website that speaks with prospects in real time, runs the relevant demo dynamically, qualifies buyers based on their questions and routes qualified leads to the CRM. Storylane says it is meant to handle repetitive questions instantly, surface high-intent prospects faster and trigger follow-up while engagement is high. The company names complex products and teams trying to cut low-quality discovery calls as target uses. RepX is available as a standalone product within Storylane.
