Storylane's December 15, 2025 changelog introduced Alerts, which notify users when important buyer activity happens on their interactive demos. The company says users can be alerted when someone views a demo, when a known lead engages, when a company is identified by IP, when external visitors arrive and when engagement reaches high, medium or low intent. Alerts are available from the Starter plan. The same release upgraded Hubs, Storylane's shareable collections of demos and content, with an interest screen, sales-side content customization, personalization tokens in any field and a choice of multi-section or single-section layouts.
The details
- Alerts are available on the Starter plan and above.
- Alert triggers: demo views, known lead engagement, IP-based company identification, external visitors and intent level changes.
- Hub interest screens let visitors self-select their interest level for each section.
- Sales teams can customize Hub content before sharing it with a prospect.
- Personalization tokens such as name, company, role and use case can be added to any Hub field.
- Hubs support multi-section layouts for discovery and single-section layouts for deal-focused journeys.
Context
This is the second Storylane release in our coverage, following the November 15, 2025 dashboard redesign that added intent scoring, which the intent-level alerts draw on. Since then we have covered RepX chat, voice and video modes (May 26, 2026), a Viewer seat (June 26, 2026), an MCP server (August 12, 2026), automatic sender and prospect branding in AI Hub (September 10, 2026) and Ask AI for demo analytics (October 22, 2026).
