Storylane adds AI Hub creation and expands its Chrome extension

Storylane released AI Hub creation, which builds a demo Hub from a prompt and selected content. Its Chrome extension now shows analytics and opens Presenter Mode.

Storylane's changelog entry for April 30, 2026 introduced AI Hub creation and an expanded Chrome extension. With AI Hub creation, users describe the hub they need and select demos, PDFs or videos to include, and Storylane generates a complete hub, organizes content into sections and updates titles to match the use case. The Chrome extension, previously used mainly for sharing, now shows views and engagement analytics, lets reps manage and update demo links, and opens Presenter Mode for live calls. The entry also says a new editor was automatically available to free and Starter users, with a broader rollout planned.

The details

  • Hubs are generated from a text prompt describing the need.
  • Supported hub content types are demos, PDFs and videos.
  • The extension surfaces view and engagement analytics without opening the main app.
  • Presenter Mode can be launched from the extension during live calls.
  • The new editor was available to free and Starter users at the time of the entry.

Context

This is the earliest Storylane entry in our coverage window. The May 26 changelog that followed listed a new editor as part of the Demo Suite release and added chat, voice and video modes to RepX. AI Hub features continued in September, when Storylane said its AI Hub applies sender branding and prospect logos automatically. Other later items include an MCP server in August and Ask AI for demo analytics in October.
