What we are seeing
Mistral announced the Studio expansion on November 5, building on its Mistral Large 4 model. Managed agents run multi-step tasks with skills, code sandboxes, subagents and hooks on Mistral's infrastructure. Workflows combine fixed rules, agent reasoning and human approvals, and can resume after interruption and start from enterprise system events. Apps get hosting, authentication and access controls. Studio adds enterprise context, OpenTelemetry tracing, evaluations on customer datasets and a Mistral MCP server for deploying from coding agents. It can be deployed in the cloud, in a customer VPC, on premises or Mistral hosted. Mistral names ABANCA, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Capgemini and CMA CGM as production users. Pricing is on request.
