Livestorm lets attendees register for multiple sessions of an event at once

Livestorm's October 27, 2025 release adds multi-session registration, letting attendees pick up to five dates of the same event in one form submission, with confirmations and calendar invites for each.

Livestorm introduced multi-session registration on October 27, 2025. Registration pages for events with several upcoming sessions now offer multi-select, so an attendee can choose more than one date in one form. Livestorm then creates a registration for each selected session and sends separate confirmations, reminders and calendar invites. The company says the change addresses one of its top customer requests and is meant for recurring event series, with attendees seeing all upcoming sessions on one page and receiving reminders for each date they choose.

The details

  • Available on any event with multiple upcoming sessions.
  • Registrants can select up to five sessions per submission.
  • Applies to sessions within the same event, not across separate events.
  • Confirmations and reminders are sent per selected session.

Context

Multi-session registration was followed by Meta Instant Form registration in November 2025 and several CRM integration rebuilds through December. In 2026 Livestorm launched an MCP server, attendee-based plans, session roles, Live Translations, AI Studio and a redesigned Room, and acquired AI clipping company Qlip in June 2026 before making AI Studio available to all workspaces in October.

Not disclosed

  • Which plans include multi-session registration
