Livestorm announced new attendee-based plans starting February 18, 2026. The release note says customers pay only for people who attend, not for registrants who do not show up or for internal team members. Attendee credits can be used flexibly throughout the year. Events, recordings and team members stay unlimited. The plans are visible in the billing overview inside Livestorm accounts, and the company updated its Terms of Sale with the change.
The details
- Charges are based on actual attendees, with no charges for no-shows or team members.
- Credits can be used at any time during the year.
- Events, recordings and team members remain unlimited.
- Updated Terms of Sale were published with the new plans.
Context
The pricing change came one day after Livestorm launched an MCP server connecting AI assistants to webinar data on February 17, 2026. Later in 2026, Livestorm added Live Translations, acquired Qlip and announced AI Studio, listed a verified Claude connector, and rolled out a redesigned Room. Its homepage update in August shows remaining attendee credits.
