On November 5, 2025, Livestorm released a native connector for Meta Instant Forms used in Facebook Ads. Registrations submitted through an Instant Form are created directly in the corresponding Livestorm session, so prospects sign up without leaving Facebook. Registrants then receive Livestorm's standard emails and reminders and appear in event analytics. Livestorm says the native connector removes the need to build or maintain Zaps and keeps the audience in the channel where they discover the event. The feature is limited to Business and Enterprise plans.
The details
- The release covers Meta Instant Forms for Facebook Ads.
- Registrations land directly in Livestorm for emails, reminders and analytics.
- Customers using a Zapier workaround can move to the native connector.
- Reserved for Business and Enterprise plans.
Context
The Meta connector followed a September 2025 LinkedIn lead capture flow and multi-session registration on October 27, 2025, extending Livestorm's set of native registration sources. Livestorm went on to rebuild its HubSpot, Brevo and Pipedrive integrations, then launched an MCP server, attendee-based pricing, Live Translations, a verified Claude connector, AI Studio and a redesigned Room during 2026.
