Integrate, an enterprise lead management and demand execution vendor, announced on August 26, 2026 that it has acquired CaliberMind, which provides multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, buyer journey analytics, buying committee intelligence and AI-driven audience activation. The companies say the deal connects campaign execution and lead governance with revenue measurement. CaliberMind will continue as a dedicated product line with the same team and support, and is now described as an Integrate company.
The details
- Existing contracts, agreed pricing and renewal schedules are honored, with no immediate pricing changes or contract migrations.
- Customer data, logins, integrations, product roadmaps, account managers and support channels remain in place.
- CaliberMind customers may gain access to Integrate demand channels such as content syndication, digital media and partner networks over time.
- Integrate customers can access CaliberMind attribution, marketing mix modeling and journey analytics.
- Cross-platform enhancements begin rolling out in the coming months, with full interoperability targeted for 2027.
Context
Integrate validates, governs and routes top-of-funnel leads from channels such as content syndication, digital ads and social before they reach the CRM. One week after the deal, CaliberMind launched Activations to sync attribution segments to more than 170 platforms, and in October it joined LinkedIn's partner program with a LinkedIn performance product. Integrate CEO Mehul Nagrani said every Integrate customer cares "about lead quality and whether it converts."
