Gong's Mission Andromeda introduced Gong Enable, an AI enablement product, plus Gong Assistant, Account Console and built-in MCP support.

Gong announced Mission Andromeda on February 25, 2026, the first launch under what it calls a more structured product launch cadence of named releases. The centerpiece is Gong Enable, an AI revenue enablement product. AI Call Reviewer analyzes live customer interactions to surface individual and team coaching opportunities and feeds role-specific learning programs called Lessons. AI Trainer lets reps rehearse scenarios such as pricing objections or renewal risk using AI-generated simulations. Initiative Tracking links enablement programs to revenue metrics such as win rates, deal size and ramp time. The launch also added Gong Assistant, Account Console and Account Boards, and built-in MCP client and server support.

The details

  • Gong Assistant answers questions about customer calls inside Gong, with deals, accounts and execution workflows planned for later updates.
  • Account Console and Account Boards bring customer activity, risk signals and recommended next steps into one view for renewal and expansion work.
  • MCP support covers both client and server, with controls over data access, usage and provenance.
  • AI Trainer simulations are informed by successful conversations across the customer's organization.
  • Morningstar's Director of Sales Enablement Technology is quoted as a customer; Chief Product Officer Eilon Reshef is also quoted.

Context

Mission Andromeda is the first named mission in our coverage. Gong followed it with Mission Big Dipper with Revenue Harness and Custom Agents (June 24, 2026) and Mission Callisto with Gong Enrich (September 30, 2026). In between, Gong named Simon Frey chief customer officer (March 4, 2026) and reported ARR above $500 million (May 12, 2026).
