Gong announced Mission Callisto on September 30, 2026, anchored by Gong Enrich, which adds third-party account and contact data to the Gong Revenue Graph. Customers connect supported providers, set the order in which Gong searches them, use existing provider credits and fill remaining gaps with Gong Credits. Gong Enrich and Deep Mode in Gong Assistant are generally available. Event-triggered Custom Agents, expanded dashboards and other Gong Assistant changes roll out through 2026.

The details

  • Named Gong Enrich data partners are Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce and ZoomInfo.
  • Reps can fill in missing contact details with one click, and Custom Agents can enrich records automatically when conditions are met.
  • Deep Mode reviews a broader set of business information to produce a report for complex strategic questions.
  • Gong Dashboards expand beyond forecasting to sales, marketing and customer success, with metrics defined once in Gong Data Studio.
  • Gong says it serves more than 5,000 organizations.

Context

Mission Callisto follows Gong's Mission Big Dipper release in June 2026, which introduced Revenue Harness and Custom Agents, according to our coverage. Gong Enrich adds third-party data sourcing to a product built on conversation and CRM data, and several partners named, including Apollo, Lusha and ZoomInfo, also sell data directly. The release came the same day Gong previewed Gong Activate at Celebrate '26. Chief Product Officer Eilon Reshef said "Every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it."
