Gong December 2025 release notes extend Engage to Microsoft Dynamics
Gong's December 2025 technical release notes say Engage is now fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics, add a Gong for MS Dynamics app, and introduce branded Engage email URLs and access settings for the AI Theme Spotter agent.
Gong's December 2025 release notes list admin-facing changes that month. The largest concerns Microsoft Dynamics: Gong says Engage, its sales engagement product, is now fully integrated with Dynamics, with two-way data movement and Chrome extension support, plus a new app for Dynamics that displays flow membership. The notes also cover Salesforce settings, branded URLs in Engage emails, permissions for the AI Theme Spotter agent and a change in how the Dialpad integration authenticates.
The details
- Dynamics contacts, leads, accounts and opportunities are available in Engage.
- Engage calls, emails, to-dos, tasks, LinkedIn messages and do-not-contact status export to Dynamics.
- The new Gong for MS Dynamics app shows all flows a contact or lead is in.
- Engage emails can use a company's own tracking domain.
- Team members need view access to the Theme Spotter page to use the AI Theme Spotter agent; it is added by default only to the Business Admin profile.
- Existing Dialpad integrations must add a new OAuth connection before removing the API token connection.
