Goldcast lets each team connect its own CRM and marketing automation account
Goldcast added team-level integration accounts so teams can connect separate Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo instances.
Goldcast posted a product update in November 2025 adding support for multiple integration accounts at the team level. Previously a single integration account was shared across an entire workspace. Now each team can connect and run its own instance of an integration, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, independently. The company gives the example of one team using a global Marketo instance while another uses a regional instance, with each team's setup and configuration kept separate from the other's. Goldcast says the change is meant for organizations that run more than one CRM or marketing automation account.
The details
- Integration accounts can be connected per team instead of per workspace.
- Integrations named: Salesforce, HubSpot and Marketo.
- Teams' configurations operate independently and do not interfere with each other.
- Example given: a global Marketo instance for one team and a regional instance for another.
Context
This is one of three Goldcast updates in our coverage from November 2025, alongside Live Run of Show (November 3) and Video GEO (November 24), all ahead of Cvent's December 15, 2025 acquisition announcement.
