Cvent completes its acquisition of webinar platform ON24
Cvent closed its acquisition of ON24, adding ON24's enterprise webinar and digital engagement platform to its event management portfolio.
Cvent announced on April 1, 2026 that it had completed its acquisition of ON24, a webinar and digital engagement platform for B2B enterprise marketing. Cvent says the deal advances its plan to digitize the Total Event Program, one connected platform for internal and external events across in-person, hybrid, virtual and webinar formats. The company says every touchpoint generates first-party data that customers can activate for pipeline and revenue. Cvent states it will continue to invest in the ON24 platform with a focus on AI and enterprise-grade reliability and compliance, and that ON24 customers can expect the same experience they have today.
