Bizzabo previews Agentic Operating System for Events at IMEX America
Bizzabo previewed five AI agents for event websites, setup checks, scheduling, audience re-engagement and registration analysis. Early access starts this fall, with general availability expected in early 2027.

Bizzabo unveiled its Agentic Operating System for Events on October 12, 2026, with a preview at IMEX America 2026 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The announcement names five agents: Website Designer, Setup Reviewer, Content Manager, Audience Manager and Event Analyst. Existing customers can get early access to the first agents starting this fall, and the company says the full system will be broadly available in early 2027. Others can join a waitlist.
The details
- Website Designer applies on-brand edits to an event site through chat, and Setup Reviewer runs a pre-launch check for errors.
- Content Manager builds and updates event schedules from a prompt.
- Audience Manager identifies segments to re-engage, such as past attendees who have not yet registered.
- Event Analyst compares registration pacing against the team's own past events and proposes a next step for approval.
- Agents work within existing roles and permissions, and no change goes live until a person approves it.
Context
In our coverage, Calcalist reported on September 2, 2026 that Bizzabo laid off dozens of employees in a restructuring. The October announcement says the agents draw on each team's event history across website, registration, marketing, content and onsite data, and are built into the platform so teams do not need a separate AI tool. Bizzabo contrasts this with connecting event data to external models through connectors. Co-founder and CMO Alon Alroy said teams do not need AI expertise to benefit from AI.
