Bizzabo introduces Bizzy, an AI attendee copilot in its event app

Bizzabo introduced Bizzy, an AI copilot in its mobile event app that answers attendee questions and suggests sessions and networking contacts.

Bizzabo announced Bizzy on March 10, 2026, describing it as an AI attendee copilot inside the Bizzabo mobile event app. According to the company, Bizzy answers attendee questions around the clock during an event, helps with agendas and venue navigation, surfaces relevant sessions and speakers and suggests people to network with. For organizers, Bizzy comes preloaded with Bizzabo event data such as sessions, speakers, registrants and meetings, and organizers can add FAQs and other resources to its knowledge. Bizzabo says updates made in Bizzabo sync to the app so answers stay current, and that Bizzy reduces repeat questions to support desks.

The details

  • Bizzy runs inside the Bizzabo mobile event app.
  • It is preloaded with sessions, speakers, registrants and meetings from the Bizzabo platform.
  • Organizers can add FAQs and other resources to Bizzy's knowledge.
  • Bizzy is offered as a premium capability within Bizzabo's Event Experience OS.
  • The announcement directs interested customers to a waitlist.

Context

This is the earliest Bizzabo product item in our coverage. Later coverage includes a Calcalist report of layoffs in a restructuring (September 2, 2026) and Bizzabo's preview of an Agentic Operating System for Events at IMEX America (October 12, 2026). Bizzy was offered through a waitlist as a premium capability, so the March announcement did not make it available to all Bizzabo customers at launch.
