6sense names Micki Howl chief revenue officer and Krystal Ziegler general counsel
6sense appointed Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer to lead Global Customer Operations and promoted Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel.
6sense appointed Micki Howl as chief revenue officer on July 8, 2026 and promoted Krystal Ziegler to general counsel. Howl leads Global Customer Operations, which combines sales, customer success, professional services, solutions consulting and revenue strategy. She joins from Marigold, where 6sense says she oversaw a software business with more than $400M in recurring revenue and over 40,000 customers. Ziegler joined 6sense in 2019 as one of its first legal hires.
The details
- At Marigold, Howl built a unified organization ahead of Zeta Global's acquisition of Marigold's Enterprise business.
- Marigold's customers under Howl included companies in food and beverage, airlines and financial services.
- Ziegler oversees enterprise, privacy, product, corporate and employment legal matters.
- The release lists other recent appointments: Kimberly Bloomston as chief product officer, Kelly Hopping as chief marketing officer, Ashley Jefferson as chief people officer and Julia Lake as chief information security officer.
- CEO Chris Ball said "Micki is exactly the revenue leader this moment calls for."
Context
The appointments came as 6sense prepared several product releases. Six days later, on July 14, it opened its MCP Server beta to Revenue Marketing customers, and on August 10 it announced the MCP Server alongside people data updates, data APIs and advertising intelligence. Earlier, in May 2026, the company opened RevvyAI to all customers, and in June it announced AI-Recommended Leads for its advertising product. The release describes 6sense as a GTM intelligence platform.
