What we are seeing
xAI announced on August 21 that Grok 4.6 is available on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, where users access it through Model Garden. The company describes the model as built for long-running agents and interactive and visual work, with a 500,000 token context window and low, medium, high and extra high reasoning effort settings. Listed pricing is $2 per million input tokens, $0.50 per million cached input tokens and $6 per million output tokens. The release is part of a series of cloud listings for Grok 4.6 in August, alongside Amazon Bedrock and Microsoft Foundry, and GitHub Copilot availability for developers.
