Kaltura agreed to acquire PathFactory for approximately $22 million in cash to add content intelligence and journey orchestration to its platform.

Kaltura announced on March 16, 2026 that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire PathFactory, which it describes as a leader in AI-driven content intelligence, personalization and conversation automation for enterprises.
