What we are seeing
OpenAI announced the OpenAI Marketplace beta in its September 29 Enterprise release notes. The program lets eligible enterprise customers put part of their OpenAI spending commitment toward qualifying partner products. OpenAI says the initial program is managed directly with OpenAI and participating partners, with eligibility set per customer, product and purchase. Customers contract with and are invoiced by the partner, and they can browse products and express interest. Glean said it joined as a launch partner, and the ServiceNow MCP plugin later became available there. On October 1, OpenAI added plugin and marketplace management to the Admin console for Enterprise workspaces.
