What we are seeing
OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise release notes for November 4 say dots are generally available for eligible Enterprise, Edu and Healthcare workspaces, after OpenAI introduced the feature on September 29. During an admin preview that ends November 18, owners and admins can enable access early or opt out before dots turn on by default. Admins can choose which members use dots, view personal dots and their connections, pause or resume them and review usage. New dots support data residency and Enterprise Key Management, with EU and US inference residency, and are HIPAA-eligible in covered workspaces. Dots are not offered for workspaces with UAE residency. Pricing is not stated.
