Anthropic adds smart reports, surveys and pooled budgets to Claude Enterprise

What we are seeing
Anthropic announced on October 28 that three admin features are generally available for Claude Enterprise. Smart reports analyze a sample of a team's transcripts, group the work into workstreams and show spend, deliverables, friction points and recommendations; the company says they are not meant for evaluating individuals. In-app surveys collect feedback on time saved and valued uses, and responses can be exported. Pooled group budgets give a group one shared monthly amount, with member limits still applied and email alerts at 50, 75, 95 and 100 percent. Availability varies for HIPAA and customer-managed key configurations. Pricing for the features is not stated.
