1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ForgeX Think Tank, including its Slack channel, online hub, courses, frameworks, templates, experiments, or any other materials (collectively, the "Services"), you unequivocally agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not concur with these terms, you must immediately cease the use of the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, frameworks, methodologies, ideas, images, graphics, and any other intellectual property ("IP") provided by ForgeX LLC., whether via its website, think tank platforms, or any other medium, is the exclusive property of ForgeX LLC. and is protected under global copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights laws. The unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this IP may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law.

3. Restricted Use
Membership in the ForgeX Think Tank grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided IP solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any other utilization, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, public display, public performance, or modification of the IP is strictly prohibited without express written consent from ForgeX LLC.

4. No Unauthorized Use or Distribution
You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the IP in whole or in part without the prior written consent of ForgeX LLC.

5. Legal Remedies
Any unauthorized use or distribution of ForgeX LLC.'s IP constitutes an infringement of ForgeX LLC's rights. If you infringe upon these rights, you acknowledge and agree that ForgeX may, at its sole discretion, pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, but not limited to, seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, court costs, and attorney's fees.

6. Consent and Waiver
You understand that unauthorized use of ForgeX LLC's IP may cause irreparable harm to ForgeX LLC. for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Accordingly, ForgeX LLC. shall be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent such unauthorized use in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

7. Member Contributions and Ownership
Members may contribute content or ideas to the community. By doing so, they grant ForgeX LLC. exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide rights and licenses to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such contributions. Exceptions can be made through individual agreements or partnerships ratified in writing.

8. Data Handling
By participating in the Services, you grant ForgeX LLC. unrestricted access and rights to process and utilize your data, ensuring, however, a responsible management in line with globally recognized data protection standards.

9. Conduct and Behavior
Members are expected to maintain a respectful decorum. Engaging in sales pitches, self-promotion, or any form of disrespect will result in immediate termination of membership.

10. External Links and Third-Party Services
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. ForgeX is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. You access them at your own risk and agree that ForgeX holds no liability.

11. Governing Law
Given the international scope of ForgeX LLC., these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the primary country of operation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Updates and Modifications
ForgeX LLC. reserves the unilateral right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any given time. Your continued use post-modifications signifies your acceptance.
